I'm happy to inform about our book release last week. The book (Optimizing Distributor Profitability) is based on multiple years of experience in developing and implementing best practices in wholesaler-distribution industry. The main theme is how to connect every process improvement in an organization to shareholder value (the cover image describes the same). This theme is demonstrated using real-world case studies with implementation (how-to) details. The book is published by the nations' largest wholesaler-distributor association - NAW.
